What kind of options do you have for logo and branding designs?

I offer three base logo and branding packages here to choose between. These can also be tailored to suit your design and budget requirements.

What if I don’t live in Australia? Can we still work together?

Absolutely! I work with clients all over the world.

How do I know we’ll be a good fit to work together?

If you’re enthusiastic about your project/business, are open to creative possibilities and like my style in general, we should definitely hit it off! I also offer a free, no-strings-attached 15min intro chat so we have a chance to meet, and discuss project possibilities before we commit to anything further.

Do you offer printing?

Unfortunately not, however, I provide the print-ready documents (as stipulated in your project outlines) and am happy to liaise with your chosen printer to get the best results.

I need this designed ASAP, is it doable?

Depending on my availability at the time, it may be possible.
However, an additional “rush fee” may be added.

How much do you charge?

Because each project is unique, pricing will vary depending on the scope, the detail required, licensing (for illustrations) and timelines. Please contact me to discuss your project details.

We are a new business with a small budget, are you negotiable on price?

I don’t offer discounts, sorry. I can however customise a smaller package for you and offer suggestions on how you can possibly reduce your design costs.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes, a 50% deposit is required before work on a project begins. However, any job value under $500 is to be paid in full upfront. Payment via direct deposit is preferred, but I also accept Pay Pal payments (with a + 5% fee).

What if I don’t like the design/illustration you have created?

I ask a lot of questions during the initial research stage to establish the direction and goals of a project. This includes questionnaires for you to fill in and if you have any images or Pinterest boards for inspiration to share, so I have a solid understanding of what you are after. You’ve most likely had a look through my portfolio at some point, and if you’ve liked my style so far, then the designs and illustrations should be similar in style and approach.
Also, there are also usually 2-3 rounds of changes included in the quoted price so we can tweak the artwork to your satisfaction. Any further revisions can be made in hourly-billed increments.
