Come join me in getting your ducks in a row this year by creating a structured plan for both your business and your personal life that you can follow towards achieving your dreams!
Because I’ve found this to be such a useful (and self-reflective) tool for myself and my business/career, I would like to share my Roadmap template with you!
It’s a simple, powerful, insightful adaptable table that you can fill in, revisit often, and easily refer back to to use as your compass for guided direction over the next month/s, 6 months and 1 year, with the focus on the big 2-5 year goal.
If you don’t know where to start, think about what success looks like for you in each category and fill in the 2-5 year column with these ambitions. Then work back from 1 year down to this month, creating more specific, actionable tasks that will get you one step closer to that big goal.
Consider what small, achievable habits or tasks you can introduce and complete on a recurring monthly basis that will compound over time.
Remember, this is merely a template - so feel free to change categories, add more sections, add rows and really make it your own!
