Bringing movement and emotion to Pinch Studios’ about story

A business’s about page on its website is often just some text and a few photos of the team.

But this approach didn’t excite Pinch Studios’ founder, Natalie. She came to me looking to bring her fascinating journey from film school in Australia, to filming a documentary in New York City, to starting her business from her dining room table, and turn it into a comic strip that would capture the adventure that it was to get to where she is now.

With the tagline “We make movements not moments” we also needed to ensure the finished product would have elements of motion and interest. The final product is a dynamic 12-panel illustrated comic strip of Natalie's business journey.

“Amy truly got me and she put in the time and effort to find the nuances that would totally rock our project. She dedicated revisions, but also wasn't afraid to add flair and input to take my ideas to the next level! Absolutely loved working with Amy and would definitely recommend!”
